Cascaded TFLN Mach-Zehnder modulators, SOAs, and an RFSoC 4x2 FPGA accelerating combinatorial optimization, with a custom Ising solver reaching ground-state convergence on all 23 HP protein-folding benchmarks.

Modeled NN training as a thermodynamic phase transition with a Nose-Hoover thermostat. Found a Schottky anomaly and the entropy drop driving generalization.

A unity-gain Sallen-Key Butterworth filter for the analog half, and a limited counter from JK flip-flops and combinational logic for the digital half.
Class-Conditioned VAE for Vectorized Sketches
Co-developed a class-conditioned VAE with a bidirectional LSTM encoder to enhance vectorized sketch images. Co-authored paper, code on GitHub.
